About Dr. Tran

An Integrative Perspective on
Health, Hope & Healing

A Unique Perspective on Healing

Dr. Tran truly understands how beneficial the healing effects of naturopathic medicine can be. Growing up, she received medical
care from a homeopathic medical doctor herself. She also worked with an acupuncturist, herbalist and a primary care pediatrician in her own healing journey.

These early experiences formed her deep understanding and unique perspective on health and healing, which collectively inspired her to train in environmental medicine where she could provide holistic services to patients of all ages, just as she received throughout her life.

What is Environmental Medicine?

Environmental medicine is a multi-prong approach to evaluating the interaction between a patient and all aspects of their environment – the physical, mental, emotional and even spiritual.

As a board-certified environmental medicine doctor, Dr. Tran doesn’t treat just one symptom; she treats every aspect of the body to discover what elements of your environment could be affecting your health. Her approach is to get at the symptom’s root causes.

A Holistic and Customized Philosophy

Dr. Tran believes that no two patients are the same. Everyone has their own unique genetic and biochemical makeup, which is greatly impacted by their environment. That’s why with each patient she sees, she creates a customized treatment plan to fit their needs. By understanding the biochemical individuality of a person, Dr. Tran is able to get to the root of your pain so healing can begin.

Her extensive educational achievements, including rigorous apprenticeships, have allowed her to combine traditional medical practice with a variety of complementary and alternative medicine practices (CAM) to diagnose and treat underlying causes rather than isolated symptoms and conditions.
